• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers.
• Experience contributing or leading strategic talent acquisition projects.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top technical talent through various channels.
• Interview and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Tell a compelling brand story to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize internal ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and update pipeline progress.
• Conduct weekly hiring syncs providing data-driven updates to stakeholders.
• Pull hiring metrics and develop solutions for efficiency.
