Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Principal-level roles like Solutions Architecture, Developer Advocacy, or Enterprise Consulting.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale RDBMS or MongoDB.
• Proven track record in enterprise project ownership, especially in modernization initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of database architectures and cloud computing.
• Experience in performance tuning and scalability for large databases.
• Proficiency in modern application development frameworks with skills in at least one language: Java, C#, Python.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and influence executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Work with the Strategic Developer Relations team for technical engagements.
• Maintain technical expertise in MongoDB and industry trends.
• Gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Represent MongoDB at industry events.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs and speaking engagements.
