Support community members by addressing friction points, escalating feedback to the Product team, and enhancing the developer experience.
Represent Platform.sh at events by managing the booth, delivering product demos, and identifying leads for Advocacy or Sales follow-up.
Run a strategic community program to raise awareness of our products and brand, ensuring opportunities are effectively shared with the appropriate teams.
