- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or commensurate experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with video editing, photography, and a broader range of creative tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Web-based workflow applications.
- Superior project management, organization, and people skills. Experience using project management software such as Monday.com preferred.
- Strong copywriting capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of print and digital production techniques and standards
- Agency, media, or advertising experience with knowledge of marketing strategies/platforms.
- Experience working with or for non-profits a plus.
- Must have an online portfolio, applications without portfolio will not be considered.
- Acts as sole designer and creative subject matter expert for Enterprise Corporate Partnerships team marketing/sales projects and initiatives.
- Leads the graphic design and copywriting for prospective partner pitches, sales presentations, and partner renewal decks/proposals that drive corporate partnership revenue, collaborating with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to bring talking points to life visually.
- Leads the creation of visually stunning designs for execution of corporate and sports partner-related marketing campaigns. Examples of co-branded creative deliverables include but are not limited to: social media content, digital web banners, print ads, event signage, flyers/handouts, partner pages on cancer.org, etc. Ensures that designs are high quality and delivered on-time and with accuracy.
- Develops project management tools to track requests, deliverables, and timelines using Monday.com
- Creates specialized & templated impact reports for managed accounts.
- Supports development and design of internal strategy decks for identified campaigns/initiatives based upon enterprise and Region/Division needs.
- Leads the creation of new and updates of existing master templates for national sales materials.
- Maintains branding guidelines in creative development and ensures sales/operations team members understand ACS branding guidelines and needs.
- Drafts media briefs and provides project management support for corporate partnership activation paid media campaigns.
- Leads internal review process for all public-facing design assets.
- Manages multiple creative projects spanning a diverse range of campaigns.
- Constantly works to improve communications and processes necessary for optimum creative output.
- Consistently elevates the quality of the work and brings a positive dynamic to the team.
- Encourages strong collaborative relationship with ACS Marcom partners in development of marketing plans and execution of deliverables for identified corporate and sports partnerships.
- Thinks creatively and is highly strategic and flexible.
