- Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer account strategies.

- Guide customers in aligning Anaplan with business goals.
- Monitor customer engagement and platform usage.
- Build customer success plans to ensure consistent value delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Connect customers with the Anaplan community and share best practices.
- Resolve platform challenges with internal support teams.
- Drive customer education through training and onboarding.
