Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success management or account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of business processes, planning, and forecasting.
  • Strong consultative mindset to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Experience leading customers through digital transformations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with planning/modelling software, particularly Anaplan, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in leveraging Anaplan for strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer account strategies.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Guide customers in aligning Anaplan with business goals.
  • Monitor customer engagement and platform usage.
  • Build customer success plans to ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Connect customers with the Anaplan community and share best practices.
  • Resolve platform challenges with internal support teams.
  • Drive customer education through training and onboarding.
