Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical or field sales environments.
• 3+ years of experience in the flow control industry with knowledge of valve and fluid mechanics applications.
• Experience with hydronic cooling, process piping, HVAC, and actuation valves.
• Project management and advanced negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical field support, troubleshooting, and guidance for Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, and HVAC applications.
• Deliver technical training and hands-on support for installation and operation.
• Support sales agents and engineers in product selection and technical specifications development.
• Create and lead training for various stakeholders on product installation and troubleshooting.
• Represent Watts at industry events and provide feedback for product development.
