Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in communications, particularly in B2B software.
• Proven track record in managing employee communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong slide creation and animation skills; video skills a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate employee communications strategy to support team experience, productivity, and alignment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce internal communications guidelines.
• Run All Hands and Town Hall meetings from strategy to planning to design and facilitation.
• Serve as an advisor to senior leadership for better communication with teams.
• Ensure employee communications align with brand voice and corporate messaging.
• Support employer branding and messaging efforts.
• Drive in-person connection across satellite offices.
