🔍 Digital Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, paid media buying, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage email automation, media buying, and content production in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.), media buying tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros/Triplewhale/Segmetrics), and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Conduct quarterly deliverability audits and list hygiene.
- Develop monetization campaign maps, including repeat purchase and customer engagement campaigns.
- Analyze email data, provide insights, and execute split tests to improve performance.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-quality email content.
- Develop and execute a content calendar across social media, blogs, and other owned media channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
