💸 70.0 - 110.0 USD per hour
- Strong data-wrangling and analytical skills; seamless ability to clean, structure, and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent data manipulation skills using Google Sheets/ Excel; knowledge of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Experience and comfort working with a variety of analytics tools, databases, and programming languages, specifically GA4, SQL, and Python/R
- Experience evaluating key product and marketing metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention, and familiarity with hypothesis testing, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling
- Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, funnel conversions, and retention metrics to inform product development and enhancements
- Leverage social and other campaign data to conduct in-depth data analysis, uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies, and translate these findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define ongoing projects and KPIs, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting dashboards to streamline decision-making and ensure timely, relevant insights are readily available across our teams
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting frameworks and propose solutions for improvement; add new frameworks and/or dashboards to the mix as our learning questions expand.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different reporting platforms
- Document best practices for data collection, storage, and reporting; train internal team members as needed.
