🔍 Aerospace and Defence
- Previous experience in a data service provider and/or Aerospace and Defence sectors.
- Proven track record in an independent and proactive working environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, virtually and in person.
- Experience in communicating with decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Ability to collaborate within a country and regional team for shared outcomes.
- Strong administrative skills, including remote work capabilities.
- Experience in balancing hard line and soft line reporting.
- Attention to detail with an inclination to investigate and resolve issues.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Act as the primary coordinator for customer support, including user training, technical support, and product delivery.
- Build and maintain an engaged user community by understanding workflows and addressing administrative requests.
- Train the end user community on available Janes content and data.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct end user surveys and manage feedback to ensure support exceeds expectations.
- Support testing of new products with colleagues from the Product & Solutions Department.
- Develop and implement user engagement strategies, including case studies.
- Assist Marketing in planning user promotions and client engagement initiatives.
