- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the tech industry.

- Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
- Optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies for efficiency.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Strengthen our employer brand through social media, career events, and community engagement.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by implementing inclusive hiring strategies and fostering diverse talent pipelines.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights to improve processes and promote equity.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed from day one.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Visit our Athens coworking space (Marousi) for engagement events as needed.
- Support the People team with HR projects as needed.
