Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute Underdog’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define hiring priorities, address challenges, and drive high-impact talent decisions.
  • Develop and implement a scalable hiring roadmap, optimizing processes while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing TA team (15+ recruiters and TA Ops), ensuring strong execution and accountability.
  • Establish and monitor key TA metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and optimize hiring performance.
  • Implement a structured headcount planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth strategy.
  • Oversee TA operations, optimizing tools, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and recruiter effectiveness.
  • Lead and execute an employer brand strategy that strengthens Underdog’s reputation as a top employer.
  • Ensure a rigorous, structured hiring process that upholds our high-performance standards and delivers a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine evaluation criteria, improve hiring capabilities, and maintain consistency in decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives that embed hiring excellence into the company’s culture, ensuring long-term talent quality and business success.
