Requirements:

• College degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the packaging industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient with CRM tools and technology for remote meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing book of business, developing strategies to maintain and expand Sonoco's share while also prospecting.
• Deliver a minimum of $1MM+ per year of net profitable growth through existing and new business.
• Utilize strong multi-channel prospecting strategies and manage detailed records of these activities.
• Monitor customer activity and report trends affecting volume levels.
• Maintain detailed customer files and provide sales projections.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to their satisfaction.
• Assist with trade shows and training of personnel.
