Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in B2B sales, specifically in selling consulting services in healthcare.
  • Sales leadership experience is required with a proven success in driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to independently generate and manage a robust lead list and utilize various strategies and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong focus on acquiring new greenfield clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Establish new clients within 3 months of hire and continue to acquire new clients each quarter thereafter.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead list by identifying potential clients, researching key decision-makers, and employing strategic outreach methods.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive complex sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the assigned Account Director and the Resourcing team to ensure successful engagement execution.
  • Ensure sales are structured to meet or exceed appropriate revenue and margin goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting.
