• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive follow-up skills and ability to organize timelines for stakeholders.

• Flexible to accommodate program growth and changes.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or related roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the site selection process for clinical trials, ensuring thorough evaluation and optimal placement of sites.
• Deliver detailed site network and individual site capabilities, highlighting unique strengths.
• Serve as a liaison between Sponsor and CRO partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure effective communication.
• Schedule Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and complete all preparatory activities.
• Position clients to maximize chances for study awards by emphasizing their distinctive qualities.
• Maintain a competitive edge by showcasing unique attributes in diversity and community outreach.
• Document all relevant communications securely in a centralized system weekly.
• Compile detailed study summaries reflecting key aspects and potential challenges.
• Securely transfer information to the Clinical Data Integration team using CRM.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Integration and Client Success teams for optimal site representation.
• Ensure all Salesforce records are current and standardized processes are followed.
• Work towards a consistent flow of new study opportunities for the network.
