Business Analyst (Consultant)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP reporting tools (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Public Sector clients, including federal, state, or local government, and higher education institutions.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules and integration with reporting tools and third-party datasets.
• Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
• Knowledge/experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting data relationships and writing basic SQL statements.
• Implementing and managing standard testing procedures for system changes.
• Facilitating requirement sessions with team members and building comprehensive work products documenting requirements.
• Facilitating user acceptance testing, documenting test results, and helping procure business approvals.
• Working with business owners/SMEs to understand automation opportunities and analyze process changes.
• Performing root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues.
• Actively participating in project phases and reporting status updates to the Project Manager.
