Requirements:
  • 5+ years of client management experience working with director-level through C-level clients.
  • Management consulting experience focusing on revenue cycle management, healthcare documentation management, or healthcare operations.
  • Proficiency in dynamic problem-solving using first principles thinking, able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with remote collaboration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, able to manage multiple tasks and reprioritize based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish, grow, and manage relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite.
