- 5+ years of client management experience with director-level to C-level clients.
- Management consulting experience focusing on revenue cycle management or healthcare operations.
- High proficiency in problem-solving and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a startup environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Establish, grow, and manage relationships with new and existing clients at all levels, including C-suite.
- Function as a Fathom product expert and translate technical communications between clients and the product/engineering teams.
- Create and maintain a client feedback strategy aligned with the product roadmap.
- Develop and guide clients through phases of the onboarding program with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Grow existing business through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Convert C-suite executives of high-profile clients into advocates and reference clients.
