Responsibilities:

  • Be the customer companion on their journey through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
  • Collaborate with various departments within SuccessKPI to customize responses to customer needs.
  • Manage enterprise accounts consisting of Fortune 10 and Fortune 50 companies with significant Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, communicating use cases and requirements to internal teams.
  • Manage updates in customer relationship management tools and provide support guidance.
  • Identify growth areas within existing customer base and help build expansion opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to support customer meetings and trainings (typically less than 20%).
