Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through regular calls and business reviews.

  • Create success plans and document customer progress.
  • Manage escalations and align internal teams on critical issues.
  • Communicate major milestones to Senior Leadership.
  • Conduct training webinars with marketing and training teams.
  • Develop understanding of Axon’s products for proper implementation.
