- Strategic and proactive ownership of a customer portfolio.

- West Coast Based candidates preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers by partnering with them and internal teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the organization.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering for issue resolution.
- Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure customers are educated on product features through collaboration with the Edu team.
- Develop relationships with various customer stakeholders and work with sales on renewals and expansions.
