Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales) with frequent interactions with C-Levels
  • Excellent track record of over-performance
  • Experience working with companies of more than 200 employees
  • Fluency in French and English (Dutch fluency is a strong plus)
  • Strong negotiation and positive lobbying skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust and transparency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create data-based reports
  • Great active listening skills and exceptional follow-up abilities
  • Growth mindset with a strong interest in the healthcare sector and willingness to develop in-depth market understanding
Responsibilities:
  • Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan
  • Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins
  • Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
  • Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers
  • Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points
  • Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability
  • Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams
  • Support new customer acquisition, by promoting our Key Account Management program to prospects and partnering with Sales teams
