Requirements:
  • 3+ years (ideally 5+) of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers (500+ headcount) and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Fluency in German & English: Strong communication skills in both languages; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
  • Proactive & Strategic Mindset: Ability to take ownership, think strategically, and navigate complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the Sales Process (from Qualification to Close): Lead discovery calls, run product demonstrations, handle objections, and drive deals to completion.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Build relationships with key stakeholders, navigate complex buying processes, and secure multi-year agreements.
  • Collaborate with a Dedicated SDR: Work closely with an SDR who will handle outbound prospecting and lead generation, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Strategic Market Ownership: Take responsibility for a defined segment of the market, tailoring outreach and sales strategies for maximum impact.
  • Process & Team Improvement: Share best practices, contribute to refining our sales approach, and help elevate the overall team performance.
