Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Success roles or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions or experience in data governance, data quality, or related fields.
- Possess a strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt etc.
- Experience driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover your customers' unique needs and propose strategic solutions to maximise value from Atlan.
- Build strong connections with CDOs, CIOs, data analysts, and other stakeholders across all levels.
- Drive high adoption and user satisfaction through seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Share customer success stories and inspire the global data community to embrace Active Metadata Management.
