Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Customer Success roles or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions or experience in data governance, data quality, or related fields.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt etc.
  • Experience driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Uncover your customers' unique needs and propose strategic solutions to maximise value from Atlan.
  • Build strong connections with CDOs, CIOs, data analysts, and other stakeholders across all levels.
  • Drive high adoption and user satisfaction through seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Share customer success stories and inspire the global data community to embrace Active Metadata Management.
