Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on project experience in a revenue domain.
  • Proven experience implementing Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, or other relevant revenue cloud management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales operations, product management, and business operations.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (e.g., Flow Builder, Process Builder).
  • Experience guiding customers through complex business and technology transformations.
  • Strong client-facing consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solutioning, and enterprise architecture planning.
  • Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, Deployment Best Practices, and Governance.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales activities, project leadership, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and design scalable Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Lead solution architecture discussions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and adjacent technologies to drive business value.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including AI and analytics, to develop innovative solutions that optimize sales and revenue operations.
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using platform-native tools such as Flow Builder and Process Builder to support customer needs.
  • Guide project teams through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices, industry insights, and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and other technology partners to develop new solution perspectives and stay updated on the latest platform enhancements.
  • Support Pre-Sales efforts by providing industry insights, solution demos, and technical guidance during deal execution.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by developing white papers, blog posts, or speaking engagements that showcase expertise in revenue cloud transformations.
