Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in marketing, business, sales, or a related business field.
  • Working experience in managing and growing partner relationships, particularly in B2B SaaS or Technology sectors.
  • Versatility in both high-level strategy development and tactical execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategic action plans.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS platforms (e.g. Crossbeam).
  • Willing to travel to industry conferences and partner offices (20%).
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Alliance partners as their primary point of contact at Loopio.
  • Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies and co-sell initiatives to drive growth objectives and identify sales opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Product & Marketing) to successfully execute objectives from joint business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop enablement materials, resources, and collateral for Loopio + Alliance solutions.
  • Conduct partner onboarding & training sessions, regular check-ins, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Support Alliance sales performance, which includes pipeline development, co-selling motion and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, case studies and thought leadership content to accelerate Loopio Alliances impact.
