Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst

Requirements:

• 7+ years of health care industry experience, including 2+ years with Managed Medicaid plan is highly desired.
• 5+ years of experience programming in SQL and 2+ years of experience with visualization tools such as Tableau are highly desired.
• Familiarity with Value-based Care and supporting analytics is a plus.
• Experience with predictive modeling techniques to forecast cost, utilization and other health outcomes is highly desired.
• Expertise in study designs/statistical methods commonly used to evaluate health outcomes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization and generate actionable insights.
• Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics and provide root-cause analyses and build recommendations for strategic changes.
• Develop analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor overall population health emerging trends and systematically evaluate our clinical and financial outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help design and support clinical programs and business initiatives.
