  • Experience overseeing multiple cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with the payer/provider business model is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Take the business from zero to one and beyond.
  • Hire and manage the business’s dedicated Marketing, Operations, and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Grow two sides of the marketplace, finding creative ways to acquire supply and demand while providing a meaningful experience.
  • Build processes, technology, and workflows for scalability.
  • Own the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and measurable impact.
  • Be client facing with enterprise clients from time-to-time.
