Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in CRO with a deep understanding of conversion metrics, A/B testing, and optimization strategies, particularly within e-commerce environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, etc.) and a solid grasp of A/B testing frameworks to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a talent for conducting in-depth research, uncovering actionable insights, and applying them to optimize user experiences and improve performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate Marketing Objectives into Testing Initiatives: Convert business goals into actionable testing strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B experiments across different performance channels to optimize conversion rates and increase key business metrics (revenue, churn reduction, and customer acquisition).
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with copywriters, designers, developers, data analysts, and marketers to create, launch, and analyze experiments. You’ll also create wireframes and craft recommendations to ensure the best user experience possible.
  • Test Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor the results of A/B experiments, make implementation decisions, and propose actionable next steps. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Qualitative Research: Understand the “why” behind the data by conducting qualitative research and gathering user feedback to optimize user experiences and conversion pathways.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, design, and tech teams to align on project goals, execute strategies efficiently, and deliver optimal results.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify new testing opportunities and ensure we stay competitive.
