Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person speaker engagements.
- Manage speaker scheduling, contracts, and communication.
- Ensure speakers have the necessary resources, materials, and technology.
- Provide pre-event and live-event support, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Collect feedback and track speaker performance metrics post-event.
- Assist in onboarding new partners, managing agreements, and tracking deliverables.
- Maintain partner database and ensure accurate records of partnerships.
- Support marketing efforts for partner-driven initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate collaboration.
- Monitor partnership success metrics and provide quarterly reports on engagement.
- Manage calendars, emails, and documents related to speaker and partner programs.
- Assist with event coordination in relation to speakers and partners, including venue logistics and travel arrangements.
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing for speakers and partners.
- Research and recommend new tools or processes to improve efficiency.
