Quality Assurance Specialist (BIL)

Requirements:

• Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or performance monitoring in a healthcare or administrative setting.
• Familiarity with Practice Fusion or similar EHR/EMR systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate internal processes, tasks, and calls to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct routine audits in Practice Fusion and other systems to assess accuracy and compliance.
• Document findings and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Track and monitor compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports on key metrics, including total audits completed, employee evaluations, and quality rankings.
• Provide constructive feedback and insights to performance leaders.
• Maintain records of evaluated employees and their performance scores.
• Use Slack and Zoom to communicate findings, facilitate discussions, and ensure accountability.
• Work closely with internal teams to drive quality improvements and operational excellence.
