Requirements:
  • Demonstrable breadth and depth of success in lifecycle marketing
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable) and experience managing a CRM tech stack and Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, data, and engineering teams
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing strategies, and personalization techniques
  • Experience in driving customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies with measurable results
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and ability to optimize the marketing funnel
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4-5 CRM specialists in the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns
  • Ensure seamless CRM stack integration
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for both providers and customers
  • Build and scale segmented lifecycle programs that drive sustained engagement, improve long-term retention and increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
