Requirements:
- Demonstrable breadth and depth of success in lifecycle marketing
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable) and experience managing a CRM tech stack and Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, data, and engineering teams
- Expertise in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing strategies, and personalization techniques
- Experience in driving customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies with measurable results
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and ability to optimize the marketing funnel
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4-5 CRM specialists in the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns
- Ensure seamless CRM stack integration
- Own the end-to-end customer journey for both providers and customers
- Build and scale segmented lifecycle programs that drive sustained engagement, improve long-term retention and increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
