10+ years experience as an Oracle Sr. Database Administrator on UNIX/Linux operating systems.
Extensive experience in installing and managing Oracle DBs on AWS
Strong experience as L3/L4 DBA supporting 24x7 Production environment on VLDB
Expertise in Oracle RAC/ASM, High Availability and Business continuity options for Oracle.
Excellent experience in setting up complete Database environment with security implementations in Oracle Databases, including use of IaC options using Ansible.
Strong experience on Public cloud including AWS
Experience in implementation of Maximum Availability/High Availability Architecture (MAA/HA) using DataGuard for primary database in public cloud.

Install and configure Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Lead, mentor and manage teams during Build and ongoing Managed services
Co-ordination with and reporting to multiple stake holders & LOB owners.
Performed Critical BC/DR drills as a part of regulatory norms
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for database deployment, configuration, and management.
Automate repetitive tasks, such as patching, user creation, and database upgrades.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations.
Participated in planning and moving servers and Oracle databases across data centers or into the public cloud.
Ensuring High Availability for applications and Database.
Gathering customer requirements and translating them into physical and logical structures.
identifying and presenting the design possibilities for implementation
DB lifecycle management making sure we are on the latest versions and/or technologies meeting the industry standards, leveraging our planned Change Management processes
