Requirements:
- Experience with release management or a similar role in the game or software industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written skills with team members across the studio and with external partners
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and effectively prioritize tasks
- Impeccable organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, focused, and composed under pressure
- Ability to quickly solve or seek the solution to problems in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Highly adaptable to a variety of situations
- Flexibility with schedule during game and patch release windows, including some on-call work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external partners to create products, bundles, and offers in platform stores
- Ensure on-time and successful store and game updates through planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and coordinating all necessary work within the studio and with external partners
- Coordinate and communicate status of releases
- Run build processes to produce releasable packages and archives
- Support internal teams as needed for release info, builds, packages, environment access, and investigations
- Build effective relationships with development, operations, and publishing teams within Bungie and our gaming platform partners
- Coordinate ordering, distribution, and management of digital game codes
- Find ways to improve our current processes, making them more efficient, reliable, sustainable, and adaptable
- Create and update documentation as release processes changes
