Requirements:

• Solid development experience with practical coding ability or technical architecture experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and able to manage, guide, and improve the team's performance.
• Proficient in modern software development methodologies, system architecture, and high-quality coding practices.
• Proficient in mainstream programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript or similar languages).
• Familiar with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and high-concurrency system design.
• Excellent English communication skills to communicate fluently with international teams and clients.
• Able to meet and communicate directly with clients, understand customer needs, and provide technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership & personal participation in development: As a technical expert, participate in coding or technical architecture design.
• Team management & guidance: Manage and cultivate software engineers, build a high-performance team culture, and improve the team's technical capabilities.
• Technical strategy: Formulate and implement engineering best practices to ensure that the development process is efficient, scalable, and meets industry standards.
• Project management & delivery: Supervise the software development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Customer & business communication: Communicate with customers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
• Code review & quality assurance: Perform code reviews, promote testing and performance optimization, and ensure code quality meets high standards.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and operations teams to promote product implementation.
