Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, investigations, claims management, or related fields.
• Experience in risk assessment or investigative roles, preferably in the transportation or tech industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels.
• Experience in handling sensitive and complex situations with sound business judgment.
• Ability to work independently while problem-solving creatively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in rideshare or similar two-sided marketplace environments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations into safety incidents, policy violations, and operational concerns.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support investigation outcomes and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and propose corrective actions.
• Manage insurance claims and handle escalations related to incidents and accidents.
• Maintain confidential records of all investigations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Safe Ride Support, Client Experience, and Sales to ensure comprehensive investigations.
• Communicate investigation results to senior management and other stakeholders.
