Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar product role at a subscription business
• Product management experience in B2C products, ideally with social products, entertainment, dating, etc.
• Language skills: English C1 (this will be the main language to communicate, so this is a must), any level of Japanese will be a huge advantage
• AS A PLUS: Experience of product localization in the Japanese market

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share in Japan
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
• Define the product direction and create a roadmap for improvements
• Coordinate the tech team’s work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Evaluate release results, analyze data, and improve the product
