Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong sales and marketing experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and priorities

Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company to drive revenue growth.
• Generate and analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Create a strategic sales plan to drive long-term growth and planning with key retailer partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and opportunities for product development or diversification.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
• Stay updated on the brand's product offerings and provide training and support to clients to enhance their product knowledge and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive product awareness and increase sales.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained by coordinating with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
