Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development in the construction or technology industry, with a focus on the APAC region.
  • Proven ability to build and manage channel partnerships.
  • Strong track record of success in selling to and managing large, strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the civil construction industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and one or more APAC languages preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-performing channel partners across the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large civil construction companies in the APAC region.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption of Trimble's solutions and achieve revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate and promote Trimble workflows and technology that tangibly benefit large and influential civil construction companies and their clients.
  • Advocate for technology adoption within the civil construction business community throughout APAC.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the APAC civil construction market. Collaborate with Trimble's product and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the APAC civil construction industry. Provide insights and recommendations to Trimble's leadership team.
