Responsibilities:
- Own and articulate Everyday Dose’s core narrative to build deeper emotional connections with our community.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to connect with customers on an emotional level, turning consumers into passionate brand advocates.
- Leverage consumer insights and data to understand and amplify the unique values that resonate with our audience.
- Conceptualize and execute experiential activations (events, partnerships, campaigns) that bring the brand to life in innovative and memorable ways.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of experiential strategies into broader business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of brand strategists, creatives, and project managers.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.
- Define success metrics for brand initiatives and ensure measurable impact on customer retention, brand equity, and market share.
