Requirements:
  • High School diploma required
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program
  • Ability to travel for training to the Atlanta office
  • Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S, including located in the US.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with members of the PS Sale Service team to complete project based assignments within defined time frames and/or meeting identified deadlines.
  • Working closely with the Sales Service leadership team on projects related to our sales opportunities.
  • Complete tasks with outputs that are both customer facing and internal.
  • Responsible for understanding expectations and timeline of assigned projects and reaching out for clarity.
  • Shows attention to detail pertaining to assigned projects.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions related to project planning and execution.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
  • Assist in creating, organizing and updating PS materials for the sales team. Having the ability to organize documents to allow easy access.
  • Proficiency with Powerpoint.
  • Proficient in documenting processes through both visual representations and written descriptions.
  • Submits hours worked according to company policy.
  • Other duties as directed by a member of QGenda management/leadership.
