Responsibilities:
  • Own the content creation process across Helium Mobile’s social media channels. From Instagram Reels to TikTok challenges, you’ll design and execute video content that captivates and engages a growing audience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice that feels fresh, authentic, and aligned with Helium Mobile’s rebellious spirit.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends, emerging platforms, and viral content. Use this insight to drive new initiatives and keep our brand top-of-mind.
  • Foster a positive and engaging online community, responding to comments, messages, and conversations with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive growth. Think big, push boundaries, and make it memorable.
  • Track performance metrics across all platforms and deliver insights on what’s working (and what’s not), making data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with brand campaigns, product launches, and special events.
