Requirements:

8 years' experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products
Demonstrable experience with developing mobile experiences both handheld and tablet.
Awareness of how AI is influencing and impacting mobile experiences
Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners
Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience
Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and the React Framework
Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives
Experience or curiosity on how to integrate AI appropriately

Responsibilities:

Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.
Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders: developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process
Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
Partner with UX Research and the Design System team
Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.
