Brand Design Lead

Requirements:

• BFA in graphic design or a similar field
• 8+ years of experience in brand design
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills in areas such as typography, editorial design, logo design, and infographics
• A solid understanding of graphic design principles and current trends
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, self-manage, and demonstrate leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including experience creating scalable guidelines and templates within Figma

Responsibilities:

• Creating key design assets for Vanta, including logos, icons, editorial pieces, events branding, and more
• Managing brand guidelines, templates, and libraries
• Inspiring and mentoring other designers
