Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Design experience, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
• Strong understanding of design, branding, and the ability to quickly learn about our products, brand vision, and identity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of an organization.
• Preferably has led design teams in the past successfully.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and deliver assets with speed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the designs of infographics, banners, and other assets that will be used across all our marketing channels.
• Research & gather design inspiration from other best-in-class brands, cherry-picking elements & designs, and finding creative ways to integrate them into our own branding.
• Stay on top of design trends, and find ways to implement fresh and cool ideas into our branding.
• Regularly review all our designs & branding across all channels, and ensure our branding & appearance is congruent at all times.
• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns that align with our branding and resonate with the target audience of men's care products.
• Work closely with the leadership, marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure design solutions congrue with our branding and always look their best.
