Requirements:

• 3+ years of Shopify development experience (Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify’s back-end, schema configurations, and API architecture.
• Experience with building custom Shopify apps (Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails, or PHP is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRO tools like Intelligems, VWO, and Google Optimize.
• Strong UI/UX understanding with the ability to integrate designs into functional Shopify pages (Figma experience is a bonus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON templates.
• Build and maintain custom Shopify apps and plugins to enhance store functionality.
• Manage API integrations and third-party tool connections to elevate store capabilities.
• Ensure Shopify storefronts are fast, responsive, and SEO-friendly for optimal performance across all devices.
• Develop custom solutions using Shopify APIs (GraphQL, REST).
• Optimize Shopify store speed and functionality, ensuring it performs at the highest level across devices and browsers.
• Automate operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Implement advanced schema configurations and structured data for better SEO and data tracking.
• Implement and manage A/B testing using tools like Intelligems, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.
• Collaborate with the CRO team to run experiments and optimize user experiences.
• Ensure that all tests are set up with clean code and accurate tracking integrations.
• Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into fully functional Shopify pages.
• Work closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect execution and maintain design consistency.
• Bridge the gap between design and technical feasibility to create high-converting Shopify pages.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and data analysts to develop cohesive user experiences.
• Maintain documentation of all custom development, including apps, themes, and integrations.
• Provide technical support for Shopify-related issues, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize performance.
