Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales cycles, including seasonal peaks (e.g., Christmas, Back-to-School).
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC or other advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the revenue growth helping to take us from mid 8-figure to 9-figures by end of 2026 while maintaining profit margins.
- Monitor and manage sales performance across 250+ products, ensuring daily profitability.
- Identify and react proactively to sales anomalies, keyword ranking drops, and competition challenges.
- Work alongside the current Amazon team in launching at least 10 new products monthly, achieving a minimum 70% success rate.
- Ensure 90% of product launches are completed within 60 days.
- Optimize PPC campaigns to improve product keyword rankings and daily sales.
- Run promotions, discounts, and deals to boost profitability and competitiveness.
- Deliver monthly sales forecasts with 90% accuracy to maintain healthy inventory levels (90β160 days of sales).
- Minimize excess inventory and liquidate slow-moving products through strategic promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to anticipate and address challenges.
- Implement strategies to maintain top positions in product categories.
