Requirements:

Experience in Costumer Service
Detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
Highly self-motivated with a willingness to learn and pick up new systems quickly
Familiar with Microsoft products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

Conducting research and outreach to community partners not yet in the product database to establish new profiles and create relationships
Validating and updating information included in partner profiles to maintain data integrity within our products
Assisting with additional data hygiene projects in other internal systems and products
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas to improve ways we organize, update, and maintain community partnership database
Ongoing maintenance and management of our community partner database
Completing other projects or assigned tasks as needed
