Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and French
  • Previous sales or account management experience.
  • Experience in account planning and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for communication skills programs, focusing on account development, upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new subsidiaries or contracts within current client organizations to expand the reach of communication skills program
  • Develop and implement strategies for client renewal, including contract negotiations and addressing client concerns to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Create detailed account plans, manage relationships with key decision-makers, and actively maintain up-to-date client segmentation.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to forecast revenue and track opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to program implementation and foster a collaborative environment within the sales team.
