6+ years of professional design experience in marketing, branding, or similar roles.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.
Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience leading small teams of designers
Strong collaborator and coordinator of creative projects
Understanding of 3D and motion graphics tools is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Premiere)

Design booth displays, promotional materials, and other assets for events and conferences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering, to bring ideas to life.
