Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role, with a focus on the construction industry
  • Professionalism with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners
  • Expertise in identifying and cultivating potential partners that align with business objectives

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies, including value propositions, joint marketing plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies through proactive outreach, networking, and regular communication.
  • Regularly track and analyze partnership performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partnership value.
  • Effectively communicate partnership progress and updates to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and legal departments
  • Negotiate partnership terms, including contract details, deliverables, and financial arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to develop and educate our partners with the Trimble Construction One Product Line
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners that align with the company's strategic objectives and business needs
